Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that because each product is individually created just for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at mjshep924@yahoo.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at mjshep924@yahoo.com.
